My top hack and slash rpg game ( Should I buy Diablo 4 ?

This is my top hack and slash rpg games of all time
1.Diablo2
2.Dungeon Siege 1
3.Nox
4.Grim Dawn.
I dont really care about end game.Should I buy Diablo 4 ?

Let's see.. my top list:

1. Diablo 1, especially Hellfire
2. Diablo 2
3. Dungeon Siege 1 (they nailed it first with representing equipment on your character imho)
4. NOX (nice to seen it mentioned, I personally loved the game, especially the way they implemented shadows/LoS. There also was a hilarious MP "football" mod we loved to play back then on LAN parties)
5/6. Titan Quest/Grim Dawn (both have a great appeal, depends on the mood I am in)
7. D3 (only managed this list after a few years)

For me, Diablo 4 directly connects with the feel and atmosphere of D1/2 (unlike D3), and while it had a rough start (actually, like D2 and D3), it has become better and better, and is about to take place 1 for me personally.

Well, while D2 was indeed an improvement of the first one in every way, D1 will always hold that special space regarding nostalgia.
Playing with headphones, in a dark room, so no light or sound might alert my parents when they whent for the bathroom at night (the PC room was located next to the right of my parents bedroom, while the toilet was to the left), the prospect of my father suddenly open the door and give me a verbal trashing and sending me to bed was probably more frigthening than the game itself.

That said, I guess I will have to redact on my previous statement, NO game will ever make it to place 1 in my list ever, regarding that experience.

my first was sacred gold, but afterwards I played the first diablo games and liked them a lot too. however, I don't think I'd like them now, they aged too much

because poe has never ending tree skills.Its too complex and complicated.Its less fun.The story is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and very bad.The world building is so bad and boring.The art style over all is very much average.PoE is for people that like to play end game , over , and over again.I never like end game.Thats why to this day I play Diablo 2 and Grim dawn , which are the best hack and slash ever made in my opinion.You just have fun.
