Resplendent sparks bug?

So I'm not sure if this is a bug or I'm just not understanding how to get these. I have beaten 2 tormented bosses in Torment 1 for the first time each (they were different bosses). But I didn't get a resplendent spark from either of them. Is this a bug or do I need to be in a higher torment level? Or do I need to beat the echo of lilith first, and then the tormented bosses? Any help understanding this would be appreciated. This is my first time being able to beat tormented bosses at all.

Got a spark for completing the season journey, killing lilith on t1, and my 3rd I just got today (despite running hundreds of bosses) none were on t4 until today when i went to try it. first kill, got one

You get 1 from Uber lilith, 1 from seasonal journey, and 1 from first tormented boss on torment t4.

So this is the conflicting information I'm finding on google too. Somethings say as soon as you get into torment 1 and others say torment 4. I beat 2 tormented bosses on 1 and didn't get a spark from either so if it isn't a bug then I'm assuming I have to be in T4.

Ya there's a lot of outdated info you can come across using Google. I saw that too. So I tried YouTube, and watched an actual video about it from a week ago or so. It doesn't help that there was a bug where you wouldn't get one. I think that's added to the confusion a lot. You see people still saying they didn't get 1 from tormented bosses. But you don't know if they did T4, or they could've forgotten they already did that, or I've even seen people not realize they got it lol. So there could be a bug still, or people just posting false info. It's whacky.

AFAIK, getting a Spark from downing your first Tormented Boss is not happening at the moment. It may be by design or unintentional, dunno...

But, Season Journey awards one and first-kill on Lillith Awards one on any Torment Tier.

I don't think the Season Journey awards any account more than one for completing it on different characters, though. (I think they did away with that. I'm on my second, now, so should know soon.)

Ya that's what I heard too. Because it used to be tied to whatever reputation grind there was in previous seasons. So you had to grind rep on each char, giving you a spark for each. But now, since it's season journey, you can only complete that once on your account, so only 1 spark.
