my connection is also perfect and i'm practically are next door to the regional servers diablo runs on, therefore my guess about too much server load (or, someone is trying to flood them ^^)
since we're talking about blizzard here and knowing their 'history', i suspect they went cheap on upgrading their servers (or rather they didn't rent enough capacity) for the DLC release and thus, ofc, we see those disconnect problems more ofen than in the last seasons (though they were also present then - just not as often as atm).
In your options, disable the "Cross-Platform Play" option. If you're comfortable with doing that, that is. Enabling Cross-Platform Play may be pushing you and a lot of other people through a pipeline that may not be able to handle... things.
Otherwise, if that's not it and your own connection is beyond reproach and should be idealized in internet-gaming-history as the one pipe to rule them all... then...
Most "imma lost tryin' to connekt to muh Blizrard" system messages I've seen that aren't the result of the above are usually Blizz's account servers getting hammered. The gameplay servers, cross-platform play routes, and all that stuffs could be running great, but if the account/login servers are hammered or you hit a spike... the game defaults to its "trying to phone home" error reporting.
