"Diablo 4 still running" on steam

Its like more than 20 minutes since i left the game?

Restart your computer, is the simplest way to fix this.
A app within steam didn't close properly. You could kill the process, but again restarting is easier.

Not an ideal solution. I do hope is a bug, not on my system?

click the stop button on the steam library menu or use task manager to kill the process

It is a common issue with Steam, sometimes, not something specifically wrong with your system only. You can do a 'net search on it and see it widely reported for many games as well as potential solutions.

I never experience this with other games, i think is just diablo 4.

Not Diablo 4 but ive had it where Ive closed a game and its still running, music going and everything. Then close Steam and its still running. Told my PC to restart and closed everything down except the game still running in the back ground. Had to Hard shut down (which i don't like doing) was the only way of getting the PC to turn off as i could not get anything for the OS to come up, but the games menu was still open and playing music....

I have the same issue and only with Diablo 4. Task manager and similar actions are not helping. It says "running" indefinately, until I close the steam app entirely
