[BUG] Living Nightmares achievement not unlocking

I did like a dozen of sacred sigil Nighmare Dungeons (Tiers 3), then a couple of Ancestral sigil Nighmare Dungeons (Tiers 4) and the achievement did not pop?! I thought it was because I was doing Vaults often, so I redid one traditional sigil in Sacred and one in Ancestral, still no luck...

Did anyone else face an issue with this achievement?

Have you tried to do them in solo?
Achievment unlocked fine for me on april 6. There were a small game update meanwhile, dunno if that broke something.

edit : I was not using a seasonal character either.

I redid solo today: no effect.
I indeed use a seasonal character...

Are you playing softcore or hardcore?
Somehow another player had problems unlocking certain achievements in Hardcore Mode.

And you did a T3 and a T4 nightmare dungeon in the Steam version Because that is a Steam achievement that has to be done in the Steam version.

Yes I did, I only have one version, the Steam one. As you can see in the screenshots, I did dozens of < Tiers 20 nightmare dungeons (Sacred T3) and around 10 > Tiers 20 (Ancestral T4).

Only today I did 4 Ancestral around Tiers 30...

Tried with a non seasonal character?

Not yet. I am not sure how this works. I have only one character. If I let him out of the season, it is definitive I guess ?

Once season ends, seasonal characters are converted to normal characters. It cost nothing to try again once it gets converted.

At this point what i would try
1) Once this charcater becomes non sesaonl, i would retry doing a sacred then an ancestral dungeons in solo.

2) if this does not work, i would create a 2nd non hardcore, non seasonal character then try again with that one.

If neither of those work i'm out of idea.

I'll give it a try but I am not really keen on levelling up another character, so I hope it will work with this one...

Apparently I read that a guy has the exact same issue since December 2023 on Xbox... The only thing we have in common is the first Nightmare Dungeons we did, were done in coop. It looks like I am doomed and it is likely to remain like this because Blizzard does not care.

Did you tried to complete a T20+ sacred sigil in WT3?

It's just you say that you did a bunch of <20 in WT3 and you did >20 in WT4, but you need >20 in WT3, not in WT4 (in the achievement description from post #1 attachments it is said "nightmare sigil T20+", not "ancient nightmare sigil", so it need to be WT3 T20+ sigil)

It is not a wild guess, btw, the game is very strict about such things, and technically T20+ Ancient Nightmare sigils is higher than T20+ Sacred Nightmare sigils, but the achievements and Seasonal Journey quests are strict about World Tiers and if it said WT3 then it means WT3, it cannot be done in WT4 despite WT4 being higher than the required conditions.
