Why they suddenly removed the discount sale?

I thought it was until May 5? My brother was planning to buy it today but when he checked the store, thes sale was already gone. Did I read the date wrong?

That's usually what happens with sales, they come and go but the game s on Gamepass now.

Could get Game Pass for a month on May 14th so your brother gets to play Season 4 for a while, and then on the next inevitable sale just grab the full game on Steam.

Both storefronts integrate Diablo 4 through BattleNet so your brother's progression will be coherent across them if using the same BattleNet account everywhere.

It always said 2nd may, I know because I bought it this sale. And was careful not to lose this sale. Since next time is probably 26th june when summersale hits.

Next time i recommend adding an alarm on your phone as a reminder if its important to get it.
