Is Loot Reborn worth reinstalling?

Started playing since beta/release and a little bit of season 1 and then uninstalled. I'm seeing good reviews what's happening?

If you want a Veteran's opinion, I've been here since David Brevik and his team created Diablo as a series, bought every diablo game on the market on release thereafter when I could, sunk tens of thousands of hours into the series playing all 4 of them
the past 3 seasons for Diablo 4 I had genuinely no will, no fun and no enjoyment in playing the game, never got to world tier 3...
now I litterally woke up thinking "I want to play Diablo 4" with Season 4's loot being actually enjoyable, that was really one of the kickbacks that always made me not wanna play, now ?

So is Loot Reborn worth reinstalling ?

Anyone can explain what "Loot Reborn" means ? I played for about a week at launch and would the experience for a new player be different now from then ?

game got a rework, it's good now, for the most part :D

Leveling and helltide are better for sure. I'm not end game so can't really comment on loot changes yet.

I haven't really felt the urge to play this since s2 personally, I rather have new content to jump into before I install the game again if I do.

It is a DIABLO game, there is no cloning but a NEW ENTRY INTO THE SAME SERIES.
And Diablo always had camera around that zoom level, accept it or leave it.
