I agree that words can be used with a bit more poetic license ("invest" usage/definition long ago sailed past a strictly financial context, anyway), but you don't need to resort to ad hominems to get a point across.

i got the game for 30$ for that price id say it was worth it though anymore and its not

I was proper pulled in at first last year when it released. But the server issues quickly caught up, as per usual. The story was okay I guess, but a lot of time recycled maps and other things. I did like the voice acting though. But the skins as micro transactions made me realise where Blizzards priorities are now, I don't feel the magic anymore, it just feels like a joyless cashgrab.

I like Hardcore mode, but with all the server issues back then, I just gave up. They don't care about your time or investment.

I would consider replaying it if they added a skill tree, not... whatever the hell that thing they have is. I've been calling it a skill stick myself.

i mean... just replying, the campaign is just a very small part of the game bro, you should play it once, or twice, before the DLC launches so you can remember it

there's no more server issues, i live in south america and play with stable 30ping, no rubber banding

recycled maps in a arpg/dungeon crawler, yeah of course some of the dungeons will have the same assets, but they did a good job changing the rotation of the map when you reset a dungeon to farm, and there's quite a lot of different dungeons

about micro transactions, its just cosmetics, but the best looking horse you get farming duriel, one of the coolest armors for your horse you buy with pvp points, but i do like the paid skins more

im not gonna list all the changes, just read the patch notes, but its a lot better now, its the only game i wanna play rn

I've purchased it twice - in BNet launcher and then on Steam (for easier in-game currency purchases). And then 3 battle-passes and 3 (or four?) cosmetic sets.
