But D4 is no by the so much different levels and items.
If you look for PvP games, 1-1 game would be good like fighting games.
Blizzard will never, ever, not even a little bit, "balance" anything around PVP-focused play. It's in the Diablo Credo... PVP has always been "you gets whats you gets" in the Diablo franchise, requiring very specialized and focused builds to excel at PVP in the IP. The only thing they will ever do with PVP is to ensure that PVP exploits are removed/fixed. Other than that and maybe throwing some content-bones to PVP fans, nobody should ever expect Blizzard to do anything in the way of tuning the game/gameplay/mechanics for PVP players.
There are a good many fantasy setting MMOs that feature decent PVP play. (WoW even has that, or at least back when I played it.) Those are a much better option than many isometric "ARPG" sorts of games like the Diablo series.
No, the most important question is, why did we take a step backwards and bring PvP back to a game that doesnt need it.
This was a griefing mechanic back during Diablo 2. It was not fun, it was simply annoing. Same people that defend this, are the ones that defend the Invasions for Dark Souls.
Imagine crying about a totally optional pvp mechanic that you have to manually flag yourself for while inside a designated pvp zone away from the rest of the map. The capacity that carebears have for whining about people enjoying a type of game play that they personally find triggering is absolutely bottomless. Hilarious.
Nope, just wasnt aware that it was still setup that way. Was my misunderstanding, and I will accept that. I was under the impression it was changed a few seasons back.
Shame you couldnt go about this information in a different way. D4 is still a bad game even if you attack me about it though.
