Harlequin Crest bugged ?
I crafted the Harlequin Crest, says +4 all skills.
But when i open the skills (and also when i check my life as barbarian gets more life from imposing presence skill) wearing the crest neither raised my skills nor my life ?
Or am i missing something ?

Ok, seems that passives are not skills, thought i have read that it gives +4 to all...
