Same, I see people and I think crossplay is enabled. Also is there only 1 type of world boss? Kinda boring honestly.

Depends on your world tier, if ur in T4 then ull see 10 ppl there for about 10 seconds

Yea t4 bosses bosses have a lifepsan from 5 to 10 secs...
Youll spend more time waiting around.
From t3 onward youll find more people at bosses, do the story and move to t3. You can do the capstone dungeon with tempered gear 10 levels lower by yourself or get carried. Its best you do the story because main campaign bosses drop uniques that can help you.
