Transfer between carters questions.

I have a character with a lot of stuff that I want to keep but there's something about my character that I cannot change that really bothers me so I'm considering the next time a good season comes around that I would create a new character that doesn't have this flaw but there are a few things that I want to know if I would have to restart from scratch. I know between Eternal and seasonal things aren't transferred until the end of the season what I want to know is once the season finishes and all my stuff is put together if those things I'm going to be keeping between my characters.

1-aspects and tempering recipes. I have fully upgraded almost 80% of all aspects in the game currently and I have a large amount of tempering recipes I want to know if they'll all go back to zero if I change characters.

2-challenges I have done a lot of challenges over a long period of time I want to know if I lose all the titles and all the progression I had in those when creating a new character.

3- horse armors and skins. I have unlocked a few horse armors and skills and bought some in games I want to know if they are shared across characters.

1 - When you first start a character on a new Season, they will go from scratch, empty stash, empty codex, no temper recipes. But if you have the appropiate stuff done in Eternal, Lilith statues and some renown carries over, you don't have to do those again.
All characters you create in a Season will share their stash, codex and progress, like they do on Eternal. Once the Season ends, characters, equipment, stash, codex and progress will be transfered to Eternal (means codex and world progress will get "updated"), but not stuff that was specifically part of the Season.

2 - Challenges are account-wide, as are Titel unlocks.

3 - Everything cosmetic is account-wide.
