Appeal of account ban (Is blizzard support dead?)

My bnet was hacked last fall and was used by someone for some things that violate the rules of the game.
Then, after some time, the account was blocked (not because of the actions that I did). Can I get my account unblocked because of the actions that the hacker committed? I have been trying for 4 months now, but no result, I get the same answer, it seems to me that no one has ever tried to investigate my case. Maybe there are some tips or am I doing something wrong?
