Aspect of Adaptability does not drop at Torment
Title. It seems there is some kind of bug that prevents this aspect from dropping. Or the drop rate is extremely low.

I am lvl 100 barb and still have not seen any drop of this aspect. In fact it’s the only aspect I’m missing.
