For example
Aspect of Echoing Fury - you generated 2 - 4 fury per second while shout is active
Aspect of Berskering Fury - generated 2 - 4 fury while berskering
Paragon
Weapons Master - generated 3 - 6 fury anytime you swap weapons
Wrath - Generated 3 fury per critical hit
Besides making fun of your spelling (it is called FURY, the emotional stress and anger build up inside and released in devastating outburst, while "Furry" refers to a subculture interested in anthropomorphic animal characters), yes, ressource generation and general synergies are a great part of a successful build in D4, and just copying some FotM meta build from the webz won't help you learn and understand those mechanics.
Start thinking for yourself and working stuff out rather than relying on other people, and you might get a grasp on the underlying mechanics.
Anyway to avoid swaping weapons ?
I need fury to attack in order to get critical hits
How do I reduce cooldown for Echoing and Berskering fury since they take time and I can't attack in that time if I don't have enough fury ?
Or another build.
People avoid the shout cooldowns usually by having 3 of them and using the next when one runs out.
I personally always keep one of my basic skills on my hotbar. If I run out, hit a few enemies, then I'm back to whirlwind.
