How is this game so laggy

I don't understand how this game can be so laggy, if the devs are so crap, they can't write their own net code, then just download it! is f'ing pathetic how laggy it is.

I don't understand how crappy some peoples PCs or internet connection are. Moreso that those people expose themself by hating on blizz servers.

Now I go back playing Diablo 4 with no lag problems.

I had a lot of lag problems too. Switched the game files to ssd instead of hdd, no more problems. Maybe upgrade your drives ^^

@Neithan i got a brand new PC, Ryzen 5 7600x 32GB RAM 6000Hz and an RTX 4070, plus a 500MB speed and upload internet, fibra, and i also constantly have lag in certain dungeons, it is a server issue not a performance issue, i play at 144 fps at 2k resolution, get your facts right mate, all i see is that you know ♥♥♥♥ about performance

Since I turned crossplay off I don't have any DCs or CTDs, just occasional short lags when changing regions via horse. Sure, one could've read that in different trouble shootings...but who tf cares anyway.^^

There was definitely lag whn Middle Winter Event came. I stopped soon after, after getting my title.

I set the max FPS cap to 400+ and it eliminated my ping spikes, don't ask why or how it works
