Network initialization failure
Unable to start the game on Win10, always prompt this network initialization failure, allow in Firewall, verified game files and uninstall/reinstall, still the same, any ideas?

It's related to the storage drive, move the game from external drive to internal nvme ssd solved the "network initialization failure". But the launching splash screen is frozen, and need to rename the directstorage.dll to disable this feature, then the game will run fine.
