Cosmetic selling only full set?
This is ridiculous.
Forcing players paying for Some cosmetics you would never put the full-set on you character but only one or two parts of it.
Since you can choose to wear only part of it you should be able to purchase only part of it.
Our beloved Blizzard didn't even bother adding the "show only part of the gear" in the shop.
lemme be honest。Buying some useless parts of the cosmetics that you don't want at all makes you look like a fool.

yes only full sets

Well, let's be honest, those "sets" are exactly this, sets, and each item complements to the overall style. So there should rarely be a reason to only want single items out of it.

That said, this mostly goes for armor and emotes/back trophy/gravestone/etc., but weapons should indeed be available "solo", as those are items I might want to use for their style while wearing some other armor (set). So, having to buy 2 sets (one for just the armor, the other for just weapons) is kinda bad, I give you that.

Why would you buy cosmetics in the first place.
every armour piece drop in the game has its own look at feel, So do the weapons,

Any cosmetic from either category will over write the defualt unique look of that weapon /armour drop. takes away the immersion for me.

the only cosmetic thats somewhat worth buying is the Horse armour and skin that or get the battlepass, rest everything is just overpriced for a game thats asks you money to buy.

Diablo 4 at it's base price of 70$ and a full set is still cheaper than some of the full sets on thew PoE store on it's own. I think that's totally okay. The Diablo price, not 120+$ for a PoE skin set.
There are limits to excuses like "PoE is free".

PoE being free is not an excuse.
that money saved can be used to buy skins and utility items. that game offers 10 whole acts has way more mechanics than diablo4 or D3. and all of those systems are free

I am fine with paying money for Diablo 4 base game its worth the money,
But PoE offers the same experience for free plus way more polished end game content where you can make and customise your own instances/maps to your liking depending on your playstyle. to more focus on the Build your aiming towards.
So when you put it like that its okay for Skins to cost slightly more there but even still most dont buy skins, only the important utility stuff.

Diablo 4 is a premium game with aggressive monetization (thankfully cosmetic only)

PoE is F2P game with a slightly predatory monetization (it forces all its players to buy stash tabs if they want to play it for more than just 4 hours)

If you think that Diablo 4 is way worse than PoE - That's fine, I'm not gonna argue with you, I just disagree when people who praise PoE also blame D4 specifically for PREDATORY monetization, while giving PoE a free pass! Obviously they don't understand the difference between predatory and aggressive monetization!

Premium price + Battle Pass + Skin shop = aggressive
Loot box / Gacha + Paywalled QoL upgrades = predatory

So if you think that PoE gives more for less $ - That's fine too, but don't lie about PoE being 100% free, because we both know that everyone who actually kept playing it for more than couple of days, eventually end up paying or they'll have to quit the game...

You forgot the battle pass in PoE.
