I've been losing sleep over this since way back on the old Diablo II: How many letters can you have in a character name and are there any particulars I should know about character naming in Diablo IV?

12 character name limit, no space, no numbers, no special characters, but your name doesn't have to be unique (ie two players can have the same character name).

No space, no numbers, no special characters is just fine, but a 12 letter limit is a nightmare for me.

What is this, a 2010's Korean MMO? ;P
