evry game has his own customer some ppl like mobile games when you can speed up evrytinhg with cash why ? ask them manny pepole like ow 2 and play it same thing with d4 for me is good.

I fondly remember playing Diablo 1 and 2 for years, masterpieces made by Condor Games/Blizzard North. Since D3 was released, and now D4, I've complete forgotten about those games. D4 is a fraud, no Diablo in the game.

What you see in D4 is it has zero design continuity with Diablo 1 or 2, and it was made by game developers who never played Diablo 1 or 2. D4 isn't a Diablo game. Take away the title and it's just an unconventional ARPG starring Lilith with godawful game mechanics and clueless design. It's just not a fun game where playing character level 20 is the same as level 100.

no ... level 20 and 100 do not feel the same doing anything beside NM dungeon 90+ is literly like farming nightmare in D2 as a 75+

objectively wrong, i played diablo 2 (the old one with pixel graphic for like 5 years), and diablo 3 since release date when inferno was unplayable, and later some reaper of souls seasons, and diablo 4 is perfectly diablo game, possibly overall better than diablo 3 vanilla. if grim dawn is considered to be diablo game, then it would be stupid to say that diablo 4 is not.

I have all 3 of SCII expansions, collector's editions. An unopened WCIII and FT package and I am thinking about getting an unopened D2 battle chest.

On the other side of the spectrum, Diablo 4 has been demonstrated to have dark patterns to trick people into using their premium battle pass unlock early.

Nostalgia can force people into denial. Which is what the OP is suffering from. It will pass.

if you ignore battlepass that is just hats, is still a good diablo game. and i played a lot of diablo 2, like literally every mod that was there online and hardcore, like median xl, eastern sun etc. actually this is how we imagined diablo 3 during the diablo 2 era, sicne diablo 3 was just "generic fantasy game", it was lacking atmosphere and was cartoonish. this one has beautiful terrain, weather, day/night cycle, good music and generally is less saturated, toned down in colors. maybe random events in diablo 3 had some charm like these with black humour but this game still can get better with expansion.

There's a mistake in your title; it's 'WERE' the best. Today, Blizzard has nothing in common with the Blizzard of old. It's a soulless corporation with no innovation, and it's at the peak of greed with predatory practices, selling skins for outrageous prices to minors—something that should be illegal. I got the Battle.net version, and frankly, 70 euros was already too expensive for what it was. Some paid more for early access. There's nothing there to be proud at.

i'm not defending the prices for the skins, because they are overpriced, but the game is 18+, i'm just saying if you want to complain about monetization and gambling for "minors", Hearthstone proves there's plenty of room for that.
