I'm level 30, second time I'm facing it. How am I supposed to win?

at begin i too wasnt able kill him just run now i kill him easy even at world tier 4
or try tryhard mode run around him and atack him after he miss his atak if you gona be far for him he will use charge

I'm barbarian, I'm so weak at this time... Ok so nobody can kill him at earlier levels. I will run away next time.

i just about managed to kill 1 before 20 (free weekend x2, lowest difficulty to slow down lvling). i also managed to get killed just a shade before killing it (didn't realise it was the butcher and wasted what's left of whatever shrine it was). the other times i either ran or died real fast.

not even sure what i got for it...

for beginners, the butcher is hard to kill, is ok if you die to it, it only spawns rarely and randomly in dungeon (wont spawn in the open world)

and ya it got a tiny chance to drop a cool mount armor and trophy if you kill it XD

In the OG Diablo Butcher was supposed to teach the player about dying - and dropping all the loot onto the ground. You are getting it way easier today

RIP. They even had it in D2 at the beginning and then patched it out. Going to hell, kiting enemies for minutes just so you can get your stuff back was great in D1.

May be difficult for ranged charecters though, but if you stay close to him you only have to outheal/defence yourself during the fight as his hardhit abilites is when you gain distance from him.

"Only" outhealing him can be quite difficult depending on your level and number of potions. Also he is on a timer and nothing is worse than stalling him for enough time for him to disappear on you.

I had no problem killing him until torrment, I have killed him in eight secs once, six levels over first hit took over a third of his health off. Once you kill him it does geit easier and you improve your tactics keep it up.

Depends how you are geared and what skills you have, sometimes you can't do anything and just run away from it, sometimes you just delete him. End of story.

Butcher is basically a gear/build check, once you get rolling, you should be able to deal with him, but yes, early on you should probably just run.

One thing the Butcher also good for, learning to observe patterns and dodge specific attacks. Learning his pattern and dodge his headbutt can go along way in defeating him.

I kill him with poison rogue and ice sorc.
But with druid I feel it is impossible lol.
