network connection lost

The network connection is disconnected when the cinematic ends or after teleportation. How can I find a solution?

Me as well, pretty much everytime I zone.

The solution is not on your side, it's their responsibility to fix that, a lot of people are having that issue. Whenever i teleport back to town to get rid of my stuff it's 90% of the time a network connection lost, which in turn make me lose my portal.

i have this on steam and PlayStation , it runs perfect on PS5 but steam I get this network error. Still trying to troubleshoot.

Mine is on steam as well Storm. I'm wondering if this happens normally, or possibly it could be the free trial, lot's of players?
I had a vpn on at first, disconnected from it and it did not make any difference for me. Still getting disconnects.

I was going to buy it at the sale price however, seeing as there have been so many disconnects, sadly I'm going to pass. Maybe in future if that gets figured out.

I moved it from HDD to SSD. This problem has been resolved.

Same. I was disconnecting every single teleport.
Moved the game to SSD, problem solved.

@YQKUP and numbskull's butterfly effect, thank you both. My next post I was going to ask if those using ssd were also getting disconnects. You answered that. My ssd is toast unfortunately.

FYI I purchased an inexpensive ssd and transferred the game to it. Works flawlessly now, no longer afraid to zone. Huge difference. Thanks again for posting your results.
