SSD Required?

Topic, low on space on my SSD and this is a massive game. Want to try it out but also don't want to delete other games I'm currently playing if not necessary.

FWIW: I'm playing on a HDD with no issues but only in single-player (offline) mode.

You can still play on HDD. There'll be occasional stutterings and loading times will be much slower, but anyway, HDD is okay.
Trust me however, at some point you will want to consider investing in more spacious SSD. It really makes difference.

HDDs with 2 ACTUATORS get up to 590 MB/sec and 1,4x times more IOPS (and thats at 5400-7200 rpm, imagine 10-15 k rpm way more random access power), so more than Sata 3s limit, so soon a new SATA will be warranted finally

and I have WD Black gaming HDD, Samsung 850 evo 250 gb and Kingsotn 1 TB A2000 both of these have Dram, so i have 1,25 TB SSD and just 1 TB HDD

although i must admit HDD prices werent improvinig in my country, but SSD prices improved a lot. That 1 TB Kingston A2000, at the speed of 1900 MB/SEC is only half of what Gen 3 is capable, and faster than my SATA 3 Samsung by 3x times if not 3,5

2 TB SSDS for GEN 4 are cheap as f, Gen 3 and Sata just sint worth it

also i bought it for same price 40.000 Forint in 2021 the A2000, same price as the Samsung 250 GB in 2017 , nowadays the 1 TB A2000 goes for 13-20.000 forint per TB
