Free Diablo 4 Trial not working

As soon as I start it, it stays on a black screen. After a while I see the main screen but then get an error about console something and it crashes. When it doesn't crash, it just sits trying to connect to D4 servers. When it does connect it starts saying 'reconnecting to d4 serviers'. Pretty ridiculous. Already lost 2 days of playing.

Count your lucky stars and move on. D4 is a waste of time, find any other game.
