If I install the 6 day free diablo 4 game
and leave it on Steam, will I be able to continue playing with my Battle.net account after the 6 days end?
I already own the game on Battle.net, and I assume with the 6 day free version I can log in to my account?

cause before the edit you didn't mention that you already have the game on bnet

Yes but I don't see why I would buy it twice? It is not like I own it on my playstation and now want it on my Xbox.
It is literally a PC copy and a PC copy but at the time I bought it there was no Steam option yet.
No because it will deactivate the steam portion of it. As in it will not launch, etc. This has nothing to do with BNET at this point it's just how free games work. In fact I could be wrong but they might even auto uninstall?

Either way I know you had good intentions, but it's not going to work.

So complain to Blizzard. It's not Steams fault that it was released on Bnet before Steam. Steam isn't going to give you a free copy because you bought it from somewhere else.

Technically it's not Blizzards also. Steam is an entire distro. It's like asking for a free Playstation version because you have it on PC. As much as I know it sucks and would love a Steam version of it myself, it's just how it goes.

If I buy it can I use my Battle.net account? and when the expansion comes out while I have to buy it twice or only on Steam or only on Battle.net?

I can't answer this 100%, because blizzard can mess with it at anytime... But the way it's suppose to work is DLC's / Digital Purchases are based on the BNET Account and not the Platform... But they could easily change this for the expansions themselves and so I can't really say yes or no to that sadly.

Lol, free trial.

I used to pay to play Blizz games no questions asked, any sum any moment. Now Blizzard is as good as Disney. Somewhere between "Ewww!" and "No, you pay me to play that!".
