There is no sound at all when starting game.
Restarting and turn off and on sound of the game - nothing helps:evilfacecw:

I have the same problem, its a bug with the game where it unable to initialise the audio device. Workaround for this problem, go to Device Manager and disable/enable your default audio device. This will restore sound to Diablo IV but you may have to repeat this every time you start the game.
