Fps Drop / Stuttering issue

Hi all , i have a good system with 3070 Ti 32 GB ram 1 TB 990 Pro SSD. Im playing on steam and i dont use battlenet. İ get stutter or fps drops in game. Especially on city , using dash. Im playing smoother in dungeoms but i get this problem in dungeons too. Im playing with ultra graphics. Crossplay OFF, Is ıt game problem ? What should i do :(((

It look like a problem in the game engine - it read and load player model/textures from the storage within UI thread and does it very slow. Classic rookie mistake.

Recently they've made it a bit more easy when the engine load simplified player models and then start to load equipment - yet it's still bad.

From what I understand it cannot be fixed on the PC/player side. The devs are certainly improving the engine, it's surely way less laggy than it was 3 months ago.

edit: iirc few days ago someone has posted how they could remove all the stuttering completely on Linux within Windows emulator. Perhaps the same trick can be used for Win10-11, but I don't know the exact method.

Turn down texture settings to medium.

try drop your polling rate for your mouse 100 250.. i had mine set too 1000 and somehow that stopped it.. lol right

OMG is it possible ? And if i do that, my mouse performance will be less ?

turn off crossplay, fixed it for me
