How to fix not responding on startup?
I have to relaunch the game 10-15 times to play a session of D4.

Go to the Diablo 4 folder in your Documents, there should be a text file called LocalPrefs.txt in there open it and look for DisableChromaEffects "0" change that 0 to a 1 and save and that fixed it for me.

Still same problem persist. :( im thinking if I can just delete that video file that plays on startup.
