Diablo 4 platinum sales should be stopped immediately.
It's a very irritating incident, but the in-game 5700 platinum I bought from the steam store page 12 hours ago was not transferred to my account. When I wanted to get help through Steam support, I received a message directing me directly to battle.net. I created a petition on the Battle.net website and the response I received shocked me. The message said that there was no money transfer to my Battle Net account via Steam, but I presented them with all the payment information (order ID - ss) but it did not work. Then I learned that many Steam players experiencing this problem could not receive the platinum they paid 100s of dollars for weeks. (Please see the steam order thread on the Blizzard Diablo 4 forum page.) I cannot provide a link.

How can this situation not be prevented by Steam when there are so many victimized players right now?

Please intervene immediately in this situation experienced by hundreds of people on the forums, and stop the sale of the game or at least the platinum packages offered for sale on the Steam store...

My $45 was taken from my steam account - battle net says there was no money coming from steam - I couldn't find a way to contact steam. The amount of money is not important, but I feel like I have been defrauded because there are dozens of people on the forums who have been waiting for the solution to the same problem for more than 14 days...

There is no new news, the admins did not receive a response to the last support ticket I answered. 36 hours have passed.

Check your EULAs about reporting requirements and arbitration. HOWEVER, criminal behavior is not subject to contractual arbitration...

If the above doesn't work, send them an email advising them that they have three business days to contact you and to begin whatever process that will correct the issue. If they do not do that, you will advise your creditor/whoever to charge-back the amount and if Steam/Blizzard disputes that or penalizes/disciplines you, you will advise your creditors that they are committing fraud.

I am not an attorney.

PS: There's enough reports of this to cause a real crap-show. At the end of the day, who knows who the responsible party is, though? Valve not processing the transaction, Blizz for not crediting it, someone else?

What?! I've purchased plat through Battle.net, no problem (and refunded the useless Steam version) :lunar2019crylaughingpig:

For now, I don't know which side the fault is on.

my purchase just 10$ but had the same issue like you, they keep bouncing me between battle.net and steam support, then asked for the ticket from both side and then, both close the case as "resolved" and been 15 days waiting for my platinum and still go on tho, so dissappointed.

I have currently contacted the Steam support team, if there is any positive progress, I will share it here. Unfortunately, I have not received a new message from blizzard so far.

Battle.net is almost 30 years old and they still didn't learn how to do currency conversions so I wouldn't expect the resolution within this decade :lunar2019crylaughingpig:
