Does Diablo 4 have auto play function?
Like those previous diablo games, i find it rather repetitive and time consuming to farm items.

No. I don't think this is the genre of games for you then.

I think 99% of the games in the world require manual playing. The features of Diablo series is farming, looting and grinding in order to fight some harder boss. You need to plan many things like the skills and gears.

So nope, no automatic play function will be provided.
