Which game should I start with if I'm into action/adventure RPGs , and why?

BG3, Diablo 4 is not good.
BG3 has more long term gameplay with much more replayability.

Diablo 4, since Baldurs Gate 3 is not an Action RPG.

They are completely different games.
Though Baldurs Gate 3 IS amazing, it is nothing like Diablo 4 or any other game of that kind.

diablo iv hack and slash arpg, baldur’s gate 3 crpg arpg. i prefer baldur’s gate but if you want h&s i’ll suggest path of exile.

You must be kidding bro... I played Diablo 1 back in 1997 and I can tell you that Dialo 4 is the WORST game Blizzard ever made. Don't waste your money on crappy products, Blizzard is no more.

I bought Diablo 4 at release. I liked the story but got quickly bored after hitting level 70 with my rogue. I came back for the first season pass and got bored again after two weeks of casually playing the game. This game sucks. It has no real endgame and therefor no incentive for long time replayability.

Season 2 changes so many things they're splitting it into two livestreams. The first one was 2 hours long and it was genuinely impressive how much they've listened to the feedback and managed to squeeze into such short time frame since the game only launched 4 months ago.

I have Diablo 4 on Battle.net and I'm going to re-buy it on Steam for easier cosmetics purchases.

BG3 - I'm waiting for a discount, the game is too slow for my taste, like a complicated chess.
