whirldwind bleed build looks like it got a nice little buff, personally never played it. I did walking arsenal barbarian in season 1 and I had a lot of fun with that one, great room clear
i mean, it really just depends what build youre going. But generally druid and barb are both tanky compared to the other classes. Especially tanky if youre taking advantage of the buff to overpower
I'm no longer playing D4.
But, having played both those builds through the Betas and Season 1, plus having read a bit of the patch notes and having watched some of the "Fireside Propaganda" vid:
Go with Pulverize Druid. (Bear) It will be one of the easiest builds to take to end-game. (Again, I am no longer playing D4. But, from the info I have seen/read, it doesn't appear it's going to be seriously effected by new changes.)
You will feel a bit slow for awhile until the build matures a bit. BUT, after that, the power grows quickly and you're tanky as heck. After awhile, and up until end-game, you're nearly unstoppable if properly geared and built.
Out of all the standard sorts of end-game-potential builds, WW Barb is the hardest build in the game, even the franchise, to get going and to play effectively, provided you're playing a well-built build that is progressing, in your intent, for endgame content... This is "fact."
For WW, itemization may get to be an issue and you may also feel surprisingly squishy. Also - playing a WW Barb means you're managing your buffs/shouts, mana pool, and timing nearly perfectly to get the maximum effect. If you don't do that or can't manage to do that or can't properly gear and build for that, you're going to have a bad time...
But, all is not lost - It is entirely possible to support gaining some things for a WW build while progressing your Druid. So, if you still want to play a WW Barb, all is not lost. Just slowly work on it as you progress with your Druid. (D4 makes this more difficult than in previous iterations, for incomprehensible reasons. Well, nearly incomprehensible - They just want you to have to play more, be online, more, and have a chance to see something you want to buy in the Marketplace more frequently, that's all. So, they reduce every chance they can that you can gain things for cross-class builds. :/)
