Is there Region based Servers?

Like say I play in Australia, Move to USA or Asia in the next 4-5 years will I lose my characters from Australia when moving regions?

Also do they have plans to add in Diablo II Classic/Resurrected since we have Overwatch and IV here now?

dont expect d2r anytime soon, they would probably feel ashamed to see that D2R would be better reviewed and more played than D4 (even more so since none of the d2 creators work at blizzard anymore)
