Platinum purchased through Steam does not arrive

I linked my battle.net to steam. The game was purchased only on the battle.net. I decided to buy platinum for the battle pass through Steam. Platinum coins doesn't come
although 5 hours have already passed. Should I write support? Should I submit a ticket to Battle.net or Steam?

How should a on steam bought item ever reach your Bnet account if you bought the Game on Bnet and NOT on steam ???

Having the same problem since yesterday. Bought and downloaded the game thru steam. Linked my Bnet account, then played. I tried buying platinum but I get error code 332008.

Any news when this will be fixed?

Тут скорее проблема в том, что Близзы недостаточно осветили этот момент и не дали ясной и понятной инфы. И некоторые люди подумали, что если у тебя есть игра в Бнете и ты связал свои аккаунты Стима и Бнета, то ты можешь покупать платину через Стим. Ты её покупаешь, деньги идут Близзам через Стим, инфа о покупке идёт Близзам, ты получаешь платину. В теории это может работать. Но на практике пока непонятно. Я сам купил немного платины, не имея игры в Стиме и имея привязанный аккаунт, но купил прям минимум, чисто для проверки, ибо ожидал проблем. И насчёт троллинга - даже техподдержка Близзов не знает, как это должно работать. Я с ними в контакте, я каждый раз подчёркиваю, что игры в Стиме нет, её нет, нет её, спрашивал прямо - получу ли я её вообще, если игры нет. Мне ни разу не сказал ни один саппорт, что нет, не получу и не должен получать. Поэтому тут непонятно.

My in-game store has stopped opening in the game, I can't even check how much platinum is in my account)

What did they fix there for 2 weeks? The players there couldn't get in-game currency either?
