Platinum purchased through Steam does not arrive
I linked my battle.net to steam. The game was purchased only on the battle.net. I decided to buy platinum for the battle pass through Steam. Platinum coins doesn't come
although 5 hours have already passed. Should I write support? Should I submit a ticket to Battle.net or Steam?

You bought the game for battle net app, not for steam. And you're buying platinum from steam, are you stupid or something?
You should be using the ingame shop or battle net launcher shop or their homepage.

Unfortunately, your platinum purchase order is not displayed in our system, and we cannot issue a refund for this purchase, since the order was not placed through our store.

In this situation, I recommend contacting Steam support again and requesting a refund from them.

For our part, we have sent information about the problem with the delivery of currency purchased on Steam to the developers of the game. The investigation is currently in progress.

"Before playing, everyone was praising this game, and I thought it looked pretty fun, so I jumped in. Not only did I buy the Ultimate Edition for myself, but I also gifted a friend an Ultimate Edition.

I immersed myself in the game for two days and it felt really good. However, I encountered an issue; I was scammed. I recharged in-game for Diablo® IV - 11,500 Platinum Coins: 10,000 + 1,500 (extra bonus) - ¥693.00, but the purchase didn't reflect in my account, so I contacted customer support.

Steam directed me to Blizzard for a refund, and Blizzard directed me back to Steam. After some investigation, I found out that many people have faced the same issue.

Folks, it's 2023, and when have you ever seen payment functions this terrible? Perhaps this is a new form of online fraud, and I'm just a victim of it.

If you're just looking to play, I recommend avoiding in-game purchases because you don't know, and you can't be sure whether this recharge will go through.

In reality, there are very few friends left who can play this game online together. It's probably best to wait for the educational version to come out and unlock everything, and the single-player experience will be just fine.

Probably NOT Blizzards fault. This happens with others games too. Like FFXIV and ESO.

Seems Blizzard support tries to recommend me writing to Steam support :steamthumbsdown:

Not looking all is ok on steam side.

Does anyone received a refund for this on Steam ?
And can I receive refund for Diablo IV itself ?
(I played it near 18 hours, but can't stealing attempt from game developers be a background for refund ?)

Received a response from Blizzard. Since your Steam account is registered in the Kazakhstan region, and the linked account Battle.net registered in the Russian region, platinum cannot be received to your account Battle.net. This problem is under consideration by our specialists. Here's something like this I was answered.

What regions were used as the failed target to receive plat?

It look like Blizzard is unable to handle cross-regional transactions from Steam to Battle.net.
