Platinum purchased through Steam does not arrive

I linked my battle.net to steam. The game was purchased only on the battle.net. I decided to buy platinum for the battle pass through Steam. Platinum coins doesn't come
although 5 hours have already passed. Should I write support? Should I submit a ticket to Battle.net or Steam?

Works just fine on PS5. Just saying that's were I buy my platinum, should get sorted out within a week, but understand the frustration.

Worked for me today. But I bought it in-game on the steam version which then opens a steam store window.

I have lost 60 dollars in platinum, neither Blizzard nor Steam want to take charge. From Blizzard they make you wait more than 24 hours and since the purchase does not appear in their system, they do not give you the platinums nor can they give you a refund, the same thing happens with Steam, which sends you back to the Blizzard team and since some time has passed They don't want to refund me either.

Find a contact with some English Youtube guys who can make some vids about it. Spread the information. It's the only way to make Blizz do something.

The same happened to me. I haven't received the platinum coins for three days. I have contacted Steam and Blizzard and both have not been able to solve the problem. really disappointing

Are you serious right now?
You bought the game for battle net app, not for steam. And you're buying platinum from steam, are you stupid or something?
You should be using the ingame shop or battle net launcher shop or their homepage.

it's very possible the companies refuse to give you the goods until steam's refund grace period is over.
