Why can't I receive the platinum coins I bought
The D4 and platinum coins I purchased yesterday have been deducted from the debt, but the platinum coins have not yet been credited. I contacted Blizzard customer service and they said they couldn't see my purchase record, so they asked me to contact Steam customer service. However, Steam's customer service has been responding too slowly for 24 hours, and I still haven't seen a response. What should I do

I have same problem. And not only me. Blizzard send to steam, steam send to Blizzard. Niiiiiice

So in this aspect steam version is worse, as you get ping pong'ed between two customer services xdd

A better question is WHY THE F*QK DID YOU BUY PLATINUM??????????????

lol this is like my local football team, buying the wrong sized jersey which got sent back to a third party vendor (I bought it directly from team), then sent to team official vendor, correct sized jersey sent to third party vendor and gets lost... And I was talking to a team customer staffer directly, dunno why they used a third party vendor to handle the transaction.

I have lost 60 dollars in platinum, neither Blizzard nor Steam want to take charge. From Blizzard they make you wait more than 24 hours and since the purchase does not appear in their system, they do not give you the platinums nor can they give you a refund, the same thing happens with Steam, which sends you back to the Blizzard team and since some time has passed They don't want to refund me either. We need to flood their support system with complaints or they will continue to steal from us.

The same happened to me. I haven't received the platinum coins for three days. I have contacted Steam and Blizzard and both have not been able to solve the problem. really disappointing

I'm taking note, that I should by platinum through the blizzard app instead. or their homepage. (So far I've only done it through the game, when it wasn't on steam)
