D3 and D2 are both cheaper and habe way more stuff to do. Please don't get lulled in by those shiny graphics, the game has basically nothing else to offer.
Also, you won't really get a proper answer on Steam and Reddit as these platforms seem to attract all the rats. They buy a second copy on Steam just to hate on Blizz lol.
Personally, I say hell no. But it's your money.
The season 2 is showing amazing changes and a good trajectory, the game is on the up and up so you should have fun not just in this season but beyond this season as well.
Also, the campaign is a banger.
Microtransactions are purely cosmetic, you cannot buy power.
There's no point to have fun and play a video game? What? That is a tremendous development, how did you come up with this wisdom?
All video games are a waste of time, why are you pretending like Seasons in ARPGs are some special case? What, suddenly the fun you're having doesn't matter?
