game doesnt start

i just spend 10h in game in battle.net for free and bought it in steam. download game and game doesnt start, it shows me blizzard logo and then crashes

I also bought the game in steam. When launching the game I get a grey then black screen. I get this screen until it eventually turns grey again with the prompt of retail not responding. I have allowed it through my firewall, changed the chromaeffects from 0 to 1, i have verified the integrity of the files, and I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. Nothing has worked.

Go to the Main game files folder, look for a file called dstorage.dll and delete it, it also caused crashes for me and now fixed.

holy crap. couldn't get rid of the greyscreen and the accompanying pc crash ... and deleting/renaming this dstorage.dll fixed it for me! give this man a beer!

That sounds like a Gabe issue.
