I play also on Bnet you smart kid, and it isnt the case. It is fixed long time ago and if YOU have it then bc your Vcard isnt updated !

Can confirm this glitch is present in the current version of the game. Happens to me from time to time. Not too bad, but can be annoying when you're trying to compare.

Apparently there are invisible UI overlays which overlap inventory. Move away from NPCs and players.

It happens to me all the time with legendary items..the stats pop up window keeps flickering..
the other items, like rare etc,dont flicker.
Its very annoying,plz fix it

And I'm also playing on my Steam Deck where I can switch between controller and keyboard at any time I want and it doesn't matter, the bug is still there regardless. Very-very annoying especially where there's long text and you have to scroll down, as the flickering resets the position back to the top. There were instances where I couldn't even see/compare the bottom of the text because it kept resetting me back to the top every 2 seconds.

I guess I'll try the "don't stand near people" strat by either comparing my items in the field before I teleport home and mark them as junk/favorite or just move away from any vendor once I'm in town, but man... This shouldn't happen

good to know its not just me, though if it's as common as described there's nothing good about that. It makes item management a real chore, which is a major part of the game esp in end-game where small differences need to be scrutinized when comparing gear. And like previous post said it's the worst when it resets position when scrolling down long text.

Not sure how old of a problem it is but it's def still an issue now, I only began playing with the steam release and it's been doing this from day 1 up to today. Not holding my breath for a fix though given their reputation :/

Oh! I never noticed that flickering occured only when looking at item on vendor screen. Thought that those flickers were just some kind of micromovements of my mouse or my hand's tremble.
Good to know I'm still healthy and my mouse is good. I hope those flickers will be fixed soon.

It's happening to me too, also on Steam Deck. I've found that equipping the item and then viewing it seems to eliminate the flickering, but that potentially creates other problems and so isn't great in terms of workarounds.
