Do I just play without luxurious settings, only with low quality?
To prevent crashes, do I have to turn off all of them?
Then, why did you put those settings in the game?
Tell me, you put them in because you are confident.
Tell me, you sold this game because you are confident.
You made sure they are working, didn't you?
But it crashes, almost all the time.
Even with The RTX 4090.
Does this game requires more hardwares like RTX 10090?
Who will pour out more money to play this game with every option on?
You?
No problems here with an "outdated" mid-tier computer system (Ryzen 7800X, 32gb 3200Mhz ram, RTX2070 Super), how about you fix your crap?
Grow some balls and not sound like some spoiled brat crying all day.
I don't say that there is no problems to fix on their site, but what you seem to mainly suffer from is rather located in front of your screen.
I've heard some people said "Diablo IV damaged my RTX 4090." and I think it is true.
Unlike other games, it just overheat and it is uncontrollable. It might override other hardware manage softwares. So when the temperature reached the threshold, it might crash to prevent a hardware damage.
How in the world a game override hardware system management programs? It should, must control the temperature.
Yes, this is not like other games. it is unlike other games. It can really destroy hardwares.
I also sent DxDiag, MsInfo files to ActivisionBlizzard and said "Stop this crashing."
So, I don't know which stopped crashing yet. I stopped it or ActivisionBlizzard stopped it.
And as it obviously is a temperature issue in your case, the problem very likely lies with your systems cooling. Your fans should be set to increase speed according to temperatures, so you would not have to change anything about their speed in the first place.
GPUs like 4090 can well operate in ranges of up to 80°C, and if they exceed safe temps, they will slow/shut down to prevent damage. Developers are inclined to make full use of the GPUs capabilities, and if the game demands it, will pull as much performance as they can get.
It's on the GPU developers to provide as much performance as possible, as in, what is within safety limits for the card, and prevent games from using more than that.
So it can be pretty "normal" for your card to run up to 80°C under full load, but that means all that heat has to be dealt with, so you need good case cooling to prevent heat buildup to fry your whole system. If your system cannot manage that much heat, or you dislike fans running full speed, you can still underclock your GPU/CPU to decrease heat.
That’s odd, I play on 4090 and never had an issue or crash.
