The affixes needed will change based on the build type, but yes, Inteligence for sorcs are very good since it increase x% of your skill dmg.
Int and/or All Stats are primary attributes you want on your Staff as a Sorc due to the big rolls you can get.
BUT... You aren't going to be getting extra-phat DPS numbers on your boots... See?
Check out the results - Since you have both, play around with both. Check how it changes reported dynamic stats. (There are surely some class build calcs out there, too.) If the new one passes muster, then make up for the Stats needs in another slot or keep re-rolling a junk stat on your staff to get it if you need it.
Conditional - You need to look at your Paragon Board needs and determine whether or not you can reach your needed points on the desired path with and without those Attribute points IF you don't plan on upgrading anytime soon. If you're not worried about it, go with the DPS. Just don't dump that All Stats right before you hit a spot on the board where you need those extra Strength/Dex points. :)
Note on "All Stats" - That's usually very important for hitting Paragon Board hallmarks. But, it is also an affix that Blizzard has mumbled about a bit. I don't know their current stance on it, as I don't play this game anymore, but I expect them to nerf it again at some point. (They did it once, so... /shrug IMO - They see it as trivializing Paragon Board progression at points where it was intended to be difficult. A "one slot shop" OP affix for that, so-to-speak.)
