Twitch Drops – How to receive Rewards

Twitch Drops let players earn reward crates that come in different rarities and include rewards like the ones listed below. (The list of rewards and their associated rarity are subject to change.)

• Healing Potion
  
• Gold (in-game currency)
  
• Reputation tokens for vendors
  
• Rare backback
  
• Random uncommon weapon
  
• And more.

Current Campaign Dates

The current campaign takes place from May 17, 2025 12pm Pacific until May 27, 2025 12pm Pacific.

Requirements for receiving Drop Rewards

To receive rewards from the Twitch Drops you must have active access to the game and link your in-game account with your Twitch account. These can be done in-game on the Adventure tab by clicking on the Twitch Drops banner and following the link to accept the Twitch linking in your default browser.

Linking the account

To link your Twitch account with your game account, you need to do the following steps:

1. Start the game and login.
   
2. Select a character or create a new one.
   
3. On the Adventure tab, click the Twitch Drops banner in the upper left corner.
   
4. Accept the prompt in the Twitch Drops information panel.
   
5. Your default browser will now open and navigate you to Twitch.
   
6. If you are already logged in on http://twitch.tv, then Twitch will prompt you to accept access for the Legacy: Steel & Sorcery app. If you haven’t already logged in on http://twitch.tv, then the Twitch account login page will open. Log in to your account (or register a new one) to link it.
   
7. Twitch will prompt you to accept access for the Legacy: Steel & Sorcery app.
   
8. Upon acceptance, you will be redirected to our backend where the account linking will take place. You will see a simple success message, when the link was created. You can close the browser.

Receiving the Rewards

Receiving Rewards is available during active Drops campaigns, you can find the current campaign dates above. To earn rewards, watch the broadcast on the channel participating in the event for a certain time.
When the reward is earned, go to the Twitch inventory[www.twitch.tv] and click the Claim Now button (the button is located on each earned but not yet claimed Drop).
The reward will be delivered to the in-game mailbox of the linked account.

Troubles with receiving Drops

In the event that you did not receive any Twitch Drops while watching streams, despite having watched for a sufficient amount of time:

• It is possible that your watch time was not counted because you were inactive on the website (specifically, if your status on Twitch was "Away").

If you have received Twitch Drops but are unable to claim them due to an error message or a disabled claim button on Twitch website:

• Please contact Twitch support[help.twitch.tv].

Drops were successfully received on the Twitch website, but did not arrive on your account:

• Please create a request ticket in the Legacy Discord[discord.gg].

Participation in the role of a streamer
