Where are the Armor and Weapon Crystals?

Name pretty much says it, I've not been able to find them reliably anywhere yet. Can you actually find these as loot, or are they quest reward only?

you can find them but the best ways to get them is by Disenchanting Green gear that you find.

Yeah saw the disenchant option, but don't normally take stuff I don't want out due to the size, but will have to start doing that I guess.
