I understand players who don't like this sort of game. I'm on the edge myself, some days. But I don't believe you can find the level of challenge and engagement you get out of this genre without the defining challenge of the game - which is the PvP. You just can't have the meaning without the frustration.
Anyway, good luck.
Consistent difficulty, no cheaters (though you could argue the game ai cheats), not having to worry about que times because player count is low at the moment. Those are probably the 3 biggest i can come up with for myself personally.
