Im not sure which keycard you looking for.

There is one on the first level. You can find it in the second cryo chamber where Jessica speaking on radio. ( dead hazard guy )

There is two on the second level, one is on the stairs next to the working elevator ( dead special force guy ), and one is in the maintenance tunnel ( dead hazard guy )

Third is on the Alpha Lycan's den, in the bathroom ( dead woman )

Head to the Living room, from there the dining room, and there you can find the bathroom.
