The way I see it, that's 1 hit you're not taking in the face.
But it all depend on which xelor you're playing and what you want to do with sinistros
So far i've never been able to tranform them or got much use except teleporting with wind sinistro. Then they get destroyed.
Earth/air could stay alive a bit if placed in a corner and you aggro mobs on yourself, but fire/earth supposed to be in the thick of it to do damage, yeah good luck with that
Feels like the devs want everyone to be Iop.
For example tele xelors do 30% damage up to 60% damage twice at level 30 per teleport.
Scaple-heal Eni does 35% damage up to 70% damage twice at level 30 per heal.
Eni can heal 4-5 times just by attacking and I've seen 8 heals on round 2.
Meanwhile tele xelors can do 3-5 teleports on round 2.
Why do games love punishing wizards lately?
A what?
Also the companion Lou draws all your 3 cost cards on summon, and since all your sinistros and Gurpapa Explosion cost 3 it is a full reset.
What about Equinox?
instead of spending 3 action point to do very little damage you get a free shield instead
Each time you trigger the effect "chrono" with a spell, the counter goes up by 1, whether or not flame return is in your hand.
Flame return deals your attack damage with a multiplier, therefore it is not affected by spell damage.
Right now the top-tier weapons are mostly "I build up as much attack as possible" but not exclusively.
Some top-tier weapons are "I trigger as many effects as possible".
It is however possible to play heavily on spells but some weapons won't reach lvl 100 quests.
(I'm really not sure it's intended that some of them can clear lvl 100 quests once they reach level 30 anyway.....)
