These points go towards how powerful you can make his purple ability. When you use his purple power it asks if you want to use your Deadpool points. The ability is pretty powerful and the point system is one way to get people not to abuse and over saturate the use of that ability.
Wish they would do something similar with Original Black Widow, She-Hulk, and other healing ability characters. I get how powerful and overdependant people were with how healing use to work but what they have done with Deadpool has shown a way to deal with something powerful and bring some more strategy to power usage.
Do you need a certain number to even activate it? Will it ask or just use them? Does it max out at 28000? So many mysteries.
You need 28k deadpool points to get the option to use the super attack. If you have less than that amount, it just fires the normal skill. Above that amount, you get the option to fire normally or to spend 28k points for the super attack.
You can store up to 999,999 deadpool points I think. I haven't gotten to that amount myself though. It's definitely more than the 28k needed to fire the super attack. I'm up to almost 600k atm.
well this topic was the one that came up when I did a search. I mean I could have just made my own thread... but I figured that terrifying the OP with the thought that they are being stalked was worth the extra effort.
So if you choose to spend deadpool points, do you spend all of them? in 28k increments? I've heard (from this thread) that it's super powerful and can kill most anything.
When you spend the 28k deadpool points and activate the super attack it's a guaranteed kill of every active enemy. It should take out invisible enemies because it's not a targeted attack but I'm not 100% sure about airborne ones. I don't think I've ever used it against an enemy that was airborne at the time.
ah, so there's really only 2 options... the 'free' option and the 28k option. Thanks for the info.
