How to unlock: Scorpion Tail, Vial of Soul
Scorpion Tail: first boss is first map's boss? I tried 4 times...
Vial of soul: one floor or one run? overheal 300 times on the one floor, but did not unlock it.

vial of sous is 1 run, not 1 floor and it does work as i did it yesterday

Danger 1 run for the tail, Vial of souls has a class pre-requisite, can't remember which one it was.

Wel you have to play shaman and reach final boss and inflict fire,slow and shock at the same time to unlock scorpion tail.
for vial of souls you have to play vile and reach 25 vitality+25 magic power at the same time.

And i can confirm they work as i literally unlocked scorpion 5 min prio to this post

I just finished a run on shammy with plenty of status weapons and i didn't get the Rot achievement for Scorpion Tail. This is the 2nd time i have done this and not gotten it. The first time was before they "fixed" the issue, but to have it fail again makes me question it.

I had 2 ice wands, a fireball staff , and 2 Electric wands. Granted he melted fast, maybe in 6 seconds, with my 115% attack speed, id be surprised if i didn't get all of those elements on him.

maybe was too fast?
What i used was the slow relic from vile,3 fireball staffs, 3 electric wands, nothing else.
The relic does count too bcoz it was literally the only thing that could have slowed them down ^^
