So it says to inflict the 3 statuses at the same time on the first boss. Who's the first boss? The first elite, the level 1 boss at round 20? I did both and it still didn't work. Any ideas?

Tested myself and it didnt work. But I have a suspicion that slow doesnt work on round 20 boss. His animations never slowed down and it's hard to tell visualy because blue status on blue boss.

I have done it multiple times and it definitely seems to be bugged, tried with curse, tried with ice, used multiple ice, fire, and lightning weapons, used it on The First boss like it said, used it on the actual boss after tier 1, just gonna have to wait for an update.

There seem to be a few things where "unlock" doesn't work.
Bug fix is needed.

I had the same experience just now. Didn't work on the first elite on floor 5 or the boss on floor 20.

Difficulty 1, boss on lvl 20.

--edit-- on ANY other difficulty, it does now work.

I can't seem to get it to work. Anyone have a weapon loadout/difficultly for it to work? I tried ice/electric and fire on diff 5 many times and nothing.

Try diff 1

Get 2 weapons of each type, Fire, Ice and Lightning. Needs to be done on 1st difficulty and on the level 20 boss. Got it after about 0.5 seconds after the boss spawned.

AND make sure the achievement is unlocked on your monolith.
